Nutty Parfait

Ingredients

fresh ricotta cheese

250 ml thick vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsps icing sugar

3 C. sliced canned peaches

1 C. roasted macadamias, halved

Directions

Get a bowl, combine: icing sugar, ricotta, vanilla extract, and yogurt.

Lay some peaches into a parfait dish then add some of the ricotta mix.

Top the mix with some of the nuts then keep layering ingredients in this manner.
