1. Set an oven rack at the highest level and preheat the broiler.
2. Brush one side of the bread with 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of the olive oil and place on one side of a baking sheet.
3. In a medium bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with the remaining 2 tablespoons (30 mL) olive oil and season with salt. Place the tomatoes on the baking sheet next to the bread.
4. Place the baking sheet under the broiler on the highest rack and broil until the bread is toasted on one side and the tomatoes are blistered. Watch carefully, as they may be done at different times.
5. Spread the goat cheese evenly over each slice of toasted focaccia. Top with the Caramelized Onions. Divide the tomatoes among the slices. Drizzle with the House Vinaigrette and sprinkle with fresh thyme and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
