Sticky Toffee Pudding

1 large egg, beaten

1 pinch salt

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons date syrup

1 tablespoon heavy cream

¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Mix butter, dark brown sugar, and water in a mug and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Beat egg with salt, vanilla, date syrup, and cream in a bowl.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients; mix well and transfer to a mug.

Cook mixture for 1 minute 20 seconds on high in the microwave.

Garnish with the prepared sauce.

Serve.
