Vegetarian Black Bean Miso Soup

This black bean soup is exceptionally healthy for diet-conscious and who want to reduce weight. It is full of energy and power.

List of Ingredients:

Olive oil- 1 tbsp.

Onion- 1

Celery – 1

Carrots- 2

Garlic cloves- 4

Chili powder- 2 tbsp.

Cumin- 1 tbsp.

Black pepper- a pinch

Vegetable broth- 4 cups

Miso paste- 2 tbsp.

Black beans- 4 cans

Corn- 1 can

Tomatoes- 1 can

How to Cook:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic for a few minutes.

Add chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.

Add the vegetable broth, 2 cans of black beans, and corn, and boil it.

Blend the remaining black beans and the tomatoes in a blender, add into the soup mixture, add the miso paste, and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
