Red Snapper with Coriander and Almond
This is a simple but very tasty recipe with red snapper fried almonds and coriander, which is very popular in Mexico. This recipe is served with tortillas, which can be warmed up in the oven at the same time as the fish.

¾ cup of plain flour
4 red snapper fillets
6 Tbsp. of butter
1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
¾ cup of flaked almonds
1 lime, juice, rind
Small bunch of fresh coriander, finely chopped
