It took over an hour to get everything settled. Whitaker finally managed to get some agents from the local office to come out and take over the investigation, keeping enough of the local cops on the scene to deal with the quickly growing crowd of spectators. Including several vans from the local news stations, who had their cameras pointed toward the shut-down parking lot.
