The Fill Area is just an empty GameObject, but it is required in order for the fill of the slider to work properly. Next, Fill GameObject works similarly to Background GameObject. As the slider has a value closer to its maximum value, the fill will occupy a larger area and cover the background.

Handle Fill Area denotes the area in which the Handle of a slider can move. Finally, the Handle is just an Image Component (with a Rect Transform) that uses a plain white Circle sprite by default. The handle is the visual component you’ll interact with, if you decide to change the value of a slider in-game.
