Nina lowered her phone, stared at the ceiling for a minute, and then rolled out of bed. In her fleece onesie, she shuffled to her desk, where a Jicarilla-to-English dictionary lay open on pages 22–23. She’d work on the key for fifteen more minutes. Then, she’d go to sleep.
