Season the steak with pepper & salt to taste.
Next, over medium high heat in a large skillet; heat up the oil until hot. Once done; cook the steak until medium-rare, for 3 minutes on each side; remove from pan & set aside.
Now, mix the mushrooms with onions, oregano & chili powder in the pan & cook for 5 more minutes.
Thinly slice the steak & mix it with the vegetables.
Spoon the prepared filling on half of every tortilla and then, sprinkle with the cheese; fold the tortilla over the top.
Place on the baking sheet & bake until golden & cheese is completely melted, for 8 to 10 minutes per side, at 400 F.
