● This will create a new group for your selections. Click the arrow to collapse or fold-up the group.

● Click new group and then tap rename to name the group.

You can also group groups as well. To do this;

● Swipe the groups to the right to select them.

● Click group at the top right side to group them.

● Click New group to rename the group.

To ungroup or empty group content;

● Swipe the layers or groups to the right to select them.

● Drag them out of the group to ungroup them.

To merge layers;

● Pinch them together.

● If the layers are in a group and you want to merge them all together, tap on the layer and click flatten from the options that pop up. This is useful as only numbers of layers allowed in procreate are limited.

You can lock your layers to prevent you from mistakenly making any adjustments to it while you work on other layers.

To do this;

● Swipe the layer to the left

● Tap lock.

● After locking a layer, you will have to unlock it to be able to make any adjustment to it.

You can hide layers to allow you make precise adjustments to other layers that might be at the bottom.

To do this;

● Uncheck the box at the side of the layer you want to hide.
