Variations to Challenge Yourself

Narrow-Stance Anti-Rotation Press: Follow the same instructions for the anti-rotation wall press, except place your feet together.

Resistance Band Anti-Rotation Press: This variation of the anti-rotation wall press requires an elastic resistance band wrapped around or fastened to a stable anchor point about chest high.

1. Get into the starting position:

• Grasp the free end of the resistance band firmly in both hands and hold your hands against your chest.

• Sidestep away from the anchor point, with the anchor point to one side of your body, until the band becomes tight. Keep your legs hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
