Taco Beef

Ingredients:

2 pounds of ground beef, half-frozen

1 cup of salsa

1 pound of frozen pinto beans

½- 1 cup of water

Directions:

1. Add water to the base of a pressure cooker.

2. Add the salsa be, followed by the ground beef and beans.

3. Close lid and seal valve.

4. Cook for 8-10 minutes at Manual option.

5. Naturally release pressure for 10 minutes once timer goes off; do a quick release for any remaining steam.

6. Open lid and chop the beef with a spatula.
