Macaroni Bake
SERVES 4
A recipe from the wonderful Jenny Postle.
4 cups cooked GF macaroni
1 can (10.75 ounces) GF condensed tomato soup
8 ounces GF ham or bacon, diced
4 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine the macaroni, tomato soup, ham or bacon, and half the Cheddar. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Mix some freshly grated GF bread crumbs into the cheese topping.
