1. Crack open your Bible and check out Leviticus 18:3, 6, 20, 22–24.

• Name some sexual practices that are off-limits to believers.

• From these passages, why do you think God wants Christians to stay pure in such an impure world?

2. Read 1 Corinthians 5:1–13. What will happen to those who don’t follow God’s guidelines—especially regarding sex?

3. Take a look at Ephesians 5:3 and 1 Thessalonians 4:3–7. Name some sexual standards that God expects of those who wear the label “Christian.”

4. Read Romans 7:15. Exactly what is the battle that Paul is talking about?

5. Turn to Zechariah 4:6. This scripture passage reminds us that it is not by our might or by our power but by the Holy Spirit that we are able to withstand temptation. Yes, we’ll all fail from time to time. But when we allow the power of God to help us, we can stand firm.

6. Write a prayer to God, asking Him to give you strength to stand firm in your faith and power to resist sexual temptation.
