Instructions:

1. Combine mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

2. To assemble panini; slice roll in half and spread butter on one side of roll.

3. Top with a layer of mayonnaise, onion, tomato, provolone and beef.

4. Grill or press with a sprinkle of olive oil in the press or skillet for 3 minutes on each side, or until cheese has melted and bread is crisp.

3 tablespoons of sundried tomato pesto

2 tablespoons of black olives, sliced

3 slices of provolone cheese
