Define the Isolated VLANs

The final secondary VLAN that we need to configure is the isolated VLAN, which in our scenario environment is called Special Single VM Cloud and hosts our YELLOW virtual machines, with a secondary ID of 101.

Again, repeating exactly the same process as for our community virtual machines, we will configure the virtual machines’ virtual network interfaces this time in Isolated mode:

PS> Set-VMNetworkAdapterVlan -VMName YELLOW* -Isolated -PrimaryVlanId 1000 ` -SecondaryVlanIdList 101

Isolated VLAN

You can create only a single isolated VLAN per primary VLAN.
