I inch closer, placing my hand on her arm and then around to the back of her head. I tuck her hair behind her ears, look into her eyes, and whisper, “You’re really something special.”

I can’t wait any longer. I have to kiss her. She puts her hands around my neck and plays with my hair. She pushes my face to hers, and my entire body melts.
