In this study, we selected and through experiments. For example, to determine the maximum service layer of IPhone 4, it has single core and 1 GHz CPU of ARM core. From Table 3, the penalty is 0.9. Since using Eq. (2), the maximum service layer can be chosen as 2 (up to layer 2).
