5. HACK SQUAT
This exercise tightens, tones, strengthens, and defines the entire front thigh muscle; helps develop and tone the back thigh muscle; and helps remove saddlebags. In addition, it helps strengthen the hip joints, thighbones, and spinal column.
Stance: Stand with your feet a natural width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, behind your back and in line with each buttock and back thigh. Your palms should be facing away from your body.
