Alisa woke up hours later to the feel of soft kisses on her lips. When her eyes fluttered open, she saw Kadeem sitting next to her on the bed. He was in a loosened tie and glasses. Fuck, those glasses just made him ten-times hotter.

“I see the two of you started without me,” Kadeem chuckled. “Had fun, sweetness?”

“I did.”

“How was church? How’d he do?” He nodded toward a softly snoring Christophe.

Alisa smiled. “Our man was amazing. He truly won them over.”

“Hmm, I like how you said our man.” Kadeem leaned down and kissed Alisa sweetly.

“How was your day?” she asked, pulling the sheets up as she faced Kadeem.

“Pretty good. I think I’ve worked through my on-air jitters. Getting the hang of it. But enough talking, sweetness. Y'all have slept through most of the day. I’ll order us some dinner. I’m feeling soul food from Busy Bee. Want to join me in the shower?”

Alisa bit her lip. “Sure thing, 22.”

Kadeem gave Alisa the sweetest smile at her use of his nickname. “Cool.”

Alisa watched as Kadeem stripped out of his clothes and got completely naked. Her nipples got hard at the sight of all of his massiveness every time. His body, with its muscles and tattoos was a work of art. Kadeem looked over his shoulder and winked at her before entering the bathroom.

“Your fine ass better be in here in five minutes or else,” he called out before turning on the shower.

Alisa leaned back and sighed. She looked over at Christophe who had now turned to face her, still sound asleep. She leaned down and kissed his nose. A small smile formed on his face.

Although every alarm in her brain was telling her that this was ridiculous, something else was telling her that maybe she could get used to this.
