2.The use of the Hibernate Enabled is applicable for permanent mounting installations or circumstances where the telescope is not moved. Trying to use the Hibernate Enabled can be tricky and is not recommended for moving back and forth from inside the home to the patio or deck, even if the site is marked. The Hibernate Enabled is really meant for permanent installations of the mount . No axis lock can be loosened when using the Hibernate Enabled. There can be no change of equipment that would change the weight, balance, or configuration of the telescope. Any variation to any of these parameters can cause the telescope to act strangely, such as pointing to the ground or in the opposite direction during a GoTo search.
