Whittington parents are concerned that the provision for special educational needs is not high enough. Some pupils are struggling to adapt to a group learning environment, and falling behind as a result. This is having an unacceptable effect on the more high-achieving pupils, who aren’t getting the attention they need.

If Whittington lacks the resources to provide this level of special educational care, we would like to suggest that certain pupils would do much better if they were directed to a specialist school.
