The operation to build a set takes two arguments: an order relation and the list of elements in the set.

Other operations no longer have to refer to the order among the elements since it is present in the internal representation of the set. They use operations that we have already defined for AVL trees.

Test for emptiness

Test for membership

Iterations over a set

The next two iteration functions let you program many uses of the elements in a set. Nevertheless, you must be careful of the fact that these iterators are sensitive to the representation of the set.
