You’re at risk for RSI!

I want to emphasize that if you don’t take regular breaks, you’re at risk for RSI. If you haven’t felt pain in your wrists, forearms, neck and shoulders so far, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen in the future. It takes a long time for repetitive motion or strain to lead to RSI. Some programmers end up needing surgery, and some will never fully recover. Remember: you should take a 10 or 15 minute break every 40 minutes. I read somewhere that Google did a study on RSI and that’s what Google recommends as well.
