“I need you to get me a few cases of dishwashing liquid. And not just any kind. It has to be green,” Mo said as he crossed his large arms over his broad chest.

Slick Sammy’s jaw dropped as he dangled from Tank’s fist. “I don’t think I ever had anyone request soap before. Are you sure that’s what you want?”

“Green,” Tank growled.

“Yeah, yeah. I heard Mo the first time.” Slick Sammy tried to straighten the front of his shirt by yanking on it, but it was an impossible feat when Tank had him by the back of his collar. “I can get it for you. Wait here whilst I—”

“Hell, no. I’m not letting you out of my sight.” Mo growled as he tapped his finger against Slick Sammy’s thin chest. “We go with you.”

“I was just going to head down to the grocery store. You don’t have to follow me. If it’s dishwashing liquid you want, then you shall have it.”

“Good. We still go with,” Mo said as he jerked his head to the side.

Tank and Livewire trailed behind Mo until they came across a larger building than the bar. People walked in and out of the place.

Tank watched as a woman grabbed some bags from a rectangular metal bucket with wheels and placed them in the back of her shuttle-like vehicle.

“What is this place?” he asked.

“I guess you could call it a market with one large vendor,” Mo said as he turned to Slick Sammy. “Go get what we need. And if you think about running, we’re going to be right here watching for you.”

“Yeah, yeah, okay. I ain’t got no plans on running,” Slick Sammy said quickly as he backed away. “I’ll just go in and get it. Green, right?”

Tank growled again and took a threatening step forward, letting the tip of one canine show.
