“What you got going?” Kree asked, when he came into view. I had called him on Facetime after I had gotten CeCe settled for the night and I had my shower. I was now dressed in one of Trell’s shirts that came down to my knees. Despite us breaking up, his shirts were still the most comfortable to be in.

“I have to get my wall fixed,” I huffed. Kree stopped counting money and leaned forward towards the camera until his face was all in it. His bushy brows were furrowed and his jaw was clenching.

“He put his hands on you, Chan?” he asked. Kree stared at me while pulling at his goatee.

“Nah. Trell would never. He punched a hole in the wall after I told him about… about us.”

Kree leaned back, seemingly satisfied with my response. “Long as he ain’t touch you. I’ll get the wall fixed tomorrow.”

I sighed and leaned back against the headboard, pushing the shirt down between my legs because I didn’t have any panties on.

“What?” he quizzed. He sparked a blunt he pulled out of his ashtray. “What’s on your mind?”

I shrugged and tugged on my top lip as I watched him smoke. That alone was sexy to me. Kree’s eyes went from wide and alert to low and heavy in a matter of seconds.

“What are we doing?” I went ahead and asked him. That had been on my mind since this weekend.

Me and Kree were bold enough to have sex in Cion’s bathroom. He had bent me over and fucked me until I was squirting all over his dick. Fucking leads to feelings in my book.

 “Whatchu mean?”

“What do you mean? I’m asking what we are doing, Kree?” I looked at him like he was crazy.

“We chillin’,” was his answer, bringing me to chortle.

“Chillin’?” I asked, rearing my head back.

“You gotta learn how to just let shit flow, baby. We know each other just from growing up around each other, but we actually don’t know each other, if you know what I mean.”

I nodded because I got what he was saying but I figured because me and Kree knew each other, I felt like we could bypass the getting to know each other stage and just go for the kill. Like… be with each other. I guess Kree caught on to me because he guffawed as if I told a funny joke or something.

“What’s funny?” I asked, grilling him.

“Stop thinking so much and let shit flow, aight?” He smiled.

 “Aight,” I replied.
