Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is a strong data encryption and decryption program which is widely used by federal government for protecting all types of government data like mails, files, and entire disk partitions of computers.

Apart from the security requirements which are mentioned above, the additional security requirement of the SDDC infrastructure is resilience. Resilience is the capability of an infrastructure to return back to its original state after it is disturbed due to some factors which are internal or external.

Majority of the SDDC applications will be built and deployed on Cloud platforms. Hence, all security concerns of Cloud platforms will pose security threats for SDDC components as well. In the next section, we will examine some of the security concerns of Cloud platforms.
