Sniffer hurried on along the path, hoping Growler wasn’t anywhere near. Growler wasn’t always kind to Sniffer and sometimes chased him. Pooh! What is that?

Sniffer stopped and looked for a moment. It looked disgusting, but it was the smelliest smell.

As Sniffer got closer, the smell was bad. Pooh! It was a big lump of smelly, blue cheese. Pooh! Sniffer looked around. There was no sign of Growler. He ran up to the cheese and sniffed. Sniff, sniff, sniff. Lovely!

Oh no! Who can you see?

Sniffer took a bite. Yum, yum! Smelly, blue cheese tastes good. He took another bite and then another. Growler suddenly appeared.

Growler wanted the cheese. ‘Grrr! That’s my cheese. I’ve been keeping my eye on that.’
