7.Now, it’s time for a first test. Use the following command to effectuate a STONITH operation from the command line: stonith -t external/sbd sbd_device=/dev/sdc1 -T reset node2. This should crash the node.

8.If the preceding test worked well, you can perform a second test and see if the watchdog is doing its work. On one of the nodes, use echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger to crash the node. If the watchdog is doing its work properly, the node will be STONITHed.
