Distraction and hurry. What distracts you from being aware of God’s presence? What might help you create more “God space” in your life?

Silence, stillness and solitude. Think of a time you practiced stillness prayer or solitude. Do you find it easy or difficult to be silent and still before God? Do you have a regular practice of prayer that helps you meet with God?
