IT admins can enable external communication for everyone or can restrict the communication to only certain organizations. The checkbox in the preceding screen will allow Skype users to interact with Skype for Business Online users, which is helpful when patients are using Skype (public free version) to communicate with the care team of a healthcare provider using Skype for Business (enterprise paid version).
