We shared idle chat as we made our way across town to the venue. We pulled into the parking lot and cars have already arrived for the festivities. As soon as we stepped off the bus we took pictures with our own cameras and phones before we entered into the banquet room. Nikki decided against a photographer because of the array of different people who will be in attendance. For security reasons, she didn’t want anyone feeling uncomfortable thinking that pictures of them will show up and the wrong people start connecting dots or worst making people connections. Security is strictly enforced so we should have a wonderful night. No one will be allowed in this place without being on the guest list. The food smelled spectacular if I don’t say so myself. Although it’s not a sit down dinner I have prepared an awesome menu of stuffed pork chops, steak tips smothered with onions, all sorts of peppers, mushrooms, spring mix salad, lemon pepper chicken breasts, wild rice, vegetable medley. The deserts were: mini cheese cakes, mini cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, and big fruit bowl.
