New Chat button: Select the Chat icon in the App bar by clicking this button and it allows you to start a new chat with a person or a group.

Command bar: Using this bar which is located at the top will allow you to query applications or search teams.

Tabs: Switch between pages of the different Teams with these tabs. Conversations and Files are included automatically; the + sign tab allows you to add shortcuts to Team content.

Channel Conversations: This segment lists all conversations inside the channel selected. Chats are persistent in channel conversations so if you have been away, it's easy to swipe through and caught up when you get back. Chats may include visual indications such as the @mention, showing that a user is directly mentioned in the conversation, or a red bang signaling high importance. Remember that chats are open by design so that access to the discussion is accessible to all in the team to help speed up the decision-making process when necessary.
