How to import a Spreadsheet as an App

Before you begin, be sure you complete the following tasks:

Make sure the spreadsheet is clean. Ensure your spreadsheet has no blank columns or rows and that it appears like a table.

Double-check that your spreadsheet contains headings. A column title is required for all columns in the SharePoint app.

Check for consistency in your data. If a cell contains a remark but should have a date, delete the comment text.

Double-check that the column header in the first row accurately represents the data. SharePoint examines the first row's headers and makes educated guesses about the content in those columns.
