Specify the paper size of the invitation. In the main menu, click "File," then "Page Setup." To change the paper size, enter the dimensions in the "choose a special folding section."

Enter the information. Place the mouse in the desired text box and click once. Next, include the necessary text you want into the text box. Change the layout of the font style, size and appearance if desired. Adjust the size of the text box with the mouse. Click-drag the border to your preferred size.

Place illustrations or photos. Take your own photo or clip art by clicking "Insert" and then "Image." Resize the image by clicking and dragging the mouse to the center of the photo until the photo reaches the desired size.
