On the right-hand side, you will see a link that says Bindings…. click this. A new window like Figure 4.23 shown below will open:

Now click on https as highlighted in Figure 4.23 and select Edit on the right-hand side. A new window will open as shown in Figure 4.24 below:

Click the dropdown list below the SSL Certificate and select the certificate you want to use. Once done click OK to go back to the previous window and then click Close. Perform the same step for the Exchange Back End site.

When you are finished, either launch an elevated Command Prompt and run IISReset or reboot your server for the changes to take effect.
