Assessing Your Activities

Using Worksheet 4.1: Your List of Daily Activities, write down the activities you did each day this past week. This worksheet is located near the end of this chapter and also can be found in Appendix A near the end of this workbook. For an example of how David filled out his List of Daily Activities, look at Figure 4.1: David’s Completed List of Daily Activities (Worksheet 4.1).

How does your list of activities look? Are you satisfied with how active you are? Are you getting the basics done, such as work and household chores and basic hygiene? Now let’s look at your plan for next week. On Worksheet 4.2: Your Action Plan, write down your plan. Start with your “must do” activities such as work and chores and basic hygiene for the coming week. Then add in some fun activities. The worksheet can be found near the end of this chapter and also in Appendix A. Please complete a new Worksheet 4.2: Your Action Plan every week. Multiple copies of this worksheet are included in Appendix A. Make sure you include both the basic activities that you have to do and activities that would feel good for you, be fun, and make you feel like you are living your best life right now. For an example of how David filled out his Action Plan, look at Figure 4.2: David’s Completed Action Plan (Worksheet 4.2).
