Which food makes you feel good, but you never think to make it?
I cube sweet potatoes with the skin still on, toss in a little olive oil, salt and red pepper, and bake them in the oven at 450 degrees for fifteen or twenty minutes. I do the same with frozen, precut broccoli florets. I love both of those foods but forget half the time how easy and delicious they are. The longer the list I have of quick, easy, healthy things like that, the healthier my body is and the less addicted I feel to processed food. Watermelon. Roasted root vegetables. Corn on the cob. Crock pot stew. Need I say more?
