The other tasks will remain unassigned for now. There is one more interesting way to assign tasks to sprints. Observe the Planning drop-down button on the new ribbon tab, Sprints. Click on Sprint Planning Board to see all the sprints currently in your project, as follows:

This is where we come back to the Kanban board style of assigning tasks to sprints. Observe the columns in this new Task Board view. These three columns are as follows:

No Sprint: This has the unassigned five tasks from earlier.

Sprint 1: This has five tasks assigned.

Sprint 2: As expected, this has no tasks assigned.
