Another way is to ask a spiritually mature friend, or your pastor, what that person sees in you. Then take on a small responsibility that would allow this gift to become evident if present. Try it on a small scale so if you don’t have that particular gift, you won’t do too much damage when you fail.

Still another way is to take a test designed to help you determine your spiritual gifting, sort of like the Myers-Briggs test that people use to help identify their personality type. Some churches and ministries offer these tests for spiritual gifts.
