You can also receive calls to your iPhone on your iPad, as long as they’re on the same Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings ⇒ FaceTime ⇒ Calls from iPhone and change the option so the button turns to green.

Although we heavily endorse the use of FaceTime, we’d be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge other video-calling services you can easily take advantage of on your iPad. These include Microsoft-owned Skype, Google’s Hangout, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, LINE, and Snapchat.
