BepiPred Linear B-Cell Epitope Prediction

1.Upon the end of prediction, BepiPred displays a prediction score for every residue in the input sequence and is then presented in tables and graphs. Peptides with scores above the default threshold value are predicted to be part of a linear epitope (Fig. 9) (see Note 11).
