Fury of the Huntress

A swarming tide of daemons tore the grate above the pit from its hinges. The masked goblins scarcely had time to react before the daemons were upon them. The sinewy beasts leaped atop the guards, tearing them to pieces with claws and teeth.

Xara scaled the daemons out of the pit. She turned back and cast one last look into pit at the poor girls huddled together in the muck. Some were nearly catatonic. A few, including Tristan's sister, looked up at Xara with pleading expressions.

"I will return for you," shouted the huntress. "This will all be over soon."

She caught a fleeing goblin with a clothesline arm and ended his consciousness with a well-placed heel to his face. The goblin's sword flew from his hands and Xara caught it in midair and finished the wretch with a single stroke of the blade. The guards were doomed.

"Hold this room," she said to her new servants. "Let none approach the pit unless I am with them."

The daemons ducked their heads submissively before returning to feasting on the massacred goblin guards. She suspected Yardok was behind a gilded doorway marked with a profusion of daemonic runes. She was not quite ready to face him. She had to find Barbik first.

The door opposite the gilded doorway was the one through which Xara had entered being pulled on a leash. She opened the door and stepped into the tunnel. Her senses were still perfumed with the musk of bestial sex, her sex ached and cum slicked between her thighs, and she missed the cues that would have warned her she was about to be attacked.

The masked goblin Homok struck from the shadows, slashing a deep wound in Xara's arm and nearly knocking the sword from her grasp. She cried out in pain and brought up her weapon just in time to deflect a second blow that would have taken her head from her shoulders. She was larger than the goblin, maybe stronger, but the wound his first attack had inflicted was bleeding terribly and sapping the strength of her sword arm. He pushed her back, driving with his sword and slamming her into the wall.

"Elf bitch!" snarled Homok, spittle flying through the slot for his mouth in the iron mask. "You kill friends! You defy Yardok! I kill you and will feed your corpse to the daemons!"

"They'll be too full up with your friends," said Xara, holding her own blade with her fading strength. "Besides... what makes you think you'll... kill me?"

She punctuated the question with a strike from her off hand. It was not a powerful jab, but she delivered it precisely to the artery in the goblin's muscular neck. The blood flow to his brain was momentarily interrupted. Dizzied, he staggered back, and Xara switched hands with her sword and drove her blade into the neck joint of Homok's armor.

He gurgled once, blood spraying from the wound and covering Xara's face and naked breasts. She twisted the blade and silenced him forever.
