To enforce security, click the Enable Entity Permissions checkbox so that the users with event administration rights will be able to edit the event details. Next, open the entity list, navigate to the Options tab, click +Edit to add the edit button, and select the entity form created for editing the record (Figure 3-36).

In the portal, clicking the event code will open the edit form where users can edit the records and submit the changes (Figure 3-37).
