Maya didn’t even have the opportunity to watch the fallout that came from her spectacularly messy exhibition, since the very next morning, she had movers in her apartment.

Cleaning everything in preparation was a bit of an ordeal, since she’d made a mess last night. She’d be annoyed at herself if she could find fault in her actions. But she couldn’t. In no universe could she have kept control, watching her best friend fuck herself and moan her name as she came to climax. A sloppy finish was a given. And Maya would pay the price—the tedious clean-up—without complaint.

As the movers went about lugging everything down into their truck, Maya purposefully ignored the notifications blowing up on her phone. Unsurprisingly, her most recent, and most extreme, debacle was once again creating a storm online. Though the shape of which, Maya didn’t get to see—and she firmly put it out of her mind. She had real-life tasks to handle. Today was a busy day.

After her apartment was cleaned out, Maya carried down her essentials—her intermediary suitcases until the movers arrived at her new address—and stuffed them into her car. She had already cleaned in advance, and it was a bit of a crappy apartment anyway, but she made sure to polish off anything major she missed. Then she handed her keys to the front office, climbed into her beat-up sedan, plugged in Chloe’s address, and started the eight-hour road trip.
