Karen, Emma and Sam were waiting for the taxi to collect them. All of them were dressed ready to impress at the club. Karen was in the catsuit, Emma was in the red rubber dress and Sam was wearing leather trousers and a black latex top with a cuff - heavy-duty black boots on his feet.

Karen had been looking forward to it all week - especially after Nick agreed to come along and be Karen’s willing partner - but now she was getting anxious. Cold feet were definitely setting in - not that Emma was about to let her back out.

“It’s fine to be nervous, it’s new to you. But I promise - once you get there - have a few drinks, everything will be fine.”

“What if he doesn’t like me when we meet? What if he has changed his mind since he last saw me? It was a good few months ago.”

“Don’t be stupid. You’re stunning - inside and out - why would he change his mind?”

“I just…”

Emma cut her off, “You’ve got the condoms Sam gave you?”

Karen ignored her and asked a question of her own, “Okay - what if I change my mind? What if I don’t like him now?”

“This is all about a release for you. Emotionally and sexually. We’ll get there, have a couple of drinks and then you can go into the room and wait for him to come in. You don’t even have to see him first. Afterwards, if you want, you can face him…”

Karen blushed, “Not sure I’ll be able to!”

“… Or you can sneak off back to the club area where Sam and I will be dancing the night away…”

“We’re not going in the couples’ room?” Sam looked disappointed.

“Let’s just let Karen do what she needs to do first, honey. Try not to be selfish.” A car horn sounded from outside in the street. “That’ll be the taxi. Ready?”

“Why don’t you two just go without me? I’m not sure I am ready for this yet.”

“You’ve been looking forward to it since you first slid into that outfit!” Emma was right, Karen had been excited for the evening. It was just the uncertainty of it all that was putting her off now. The unfamiliarity of it all. “You’ll be fine when you’ve had a couple more drinks!” Karen had already had two glasses of wine whilst getting ready. Clearly it was going to take more than that for her to loosen up. “If you don’t come, you’ll only regret it.”

“I just think - somethings might be better left to fantasy?”

“Not a chance. Get your bag, we’re leaving!” Emma physically turned Karen around and pushed her towards the front door.

Sam laughed, “Everything will be fine!” He reassured Karen, “I’ll keep an eye on you all night, make sure you don’t get any unwanted attention.”

Emma shot him a suspicious look, “We all know what part of her you’ll be keeping an eye on! You just behave yourself!”

“I wasn’t doing anything!” Sam protested
