As shown in the preceding diagram, we can build a Canvas App on top of Dynamics 365 Sales and SharePoint. Let’s analyze each component:

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: We can manage opportunities in Dynamics 365 Sales. Each opportunity will have opportunity products.

SharePoint: We can link each product from the product catalog with a file saved in a SharePoint list. The SharePoint list will be used to manage the 3D models.

Canvas App: We will use the Canvas App to navigate through the opportunities. When we select an opportunity product, we’ll be able to view it in mixed reality.
