In the chart, we can identify the following:

The rectangles show evidence that sales increase with marketing investment. We can see the group of sales between 3,000 and 10,000 units corresponds to investments of 5,000 to 50,000 US dollars. This is the lowest investment in TV marketing. That means that even with a low budget, we can increase sales. Investments over 50,000 US dollars lead to more scattered points, meaning that we have to find a balance between marketing and sales. A large investment in marketing does not mean an exponential growth in sales.

The green triangle shows that even with the investment increasing from 150,000 to 300,000 US dollars, there is not much of an increase in sales in this group. This could affect the relationship between marketing investment and sales. We are probably losing money in marketing and getting no good results in sales.
