Ingredients

8 gluten free sausages of your choice

Yorkshire pudding batter mix (see recipe on page 143)

Tablespoon rapeseed oil for frying

Method

KEY preheat the oven to 200C

Make up the Yorkshire pudding batter and let it rest (as per recipe on 143)

Add the oil to the frying pan and on a medium heat brown the sausages but don’t overcook at this stage

KEY Carefully, using the tongues, transfer the sausages to the cooking dish and put in evenly across the bottom, and add the hot oil from the pan

Pour over the Yorkshire pudding batter

KEY TIMER put into the oven for 25-30 mins

KEY Check after 25 mins if needs more time, usually the centre is the place to check if is still needing more cooking

Remove and serve in the dish just with garden peas or baked beans, even beef gravy is lovely poured over!
