I don’t, at the beginning. I start by thinking about a Magic 8 Ball. You ask a question, shake the ball and wait for an answer. That’s the feeling I want to create with code: question, wait, answer.

The Formula really helps here. I’ll figure out the steps and match each step with code that will bring it to life.

After I sketch out The Formula, I’ll move the code into a text editor, like trinket.io, or others that I use at home. I’ll make sure to put all the steps in order.
